Nintendo has announced Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition, a new version of the classic tournament cartridge for the titular console. The game will be available for the Nintendo Switch on July 18.

Nintendo initially held the first ever Nintendo World Championship in 1990. The tournament involved skilled players playing on a special Nintendo Entertainment System cartridge that had them running through various custom challenges focused on games such as Mario, Tetris, and more.
