Tomorrow Corporation and 2D Boy announced that World of Goo 2 has been delayed to August 2 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Windows, Mac, Linux, and Epic Games Store. Originally, the World of Goo sequel was supposed to release on May 23.

The announcement trailer showed various in-game elements and sequences, and a 2024 release window was confirmed. Earlier this year, the previous May 23 release date was confirmed.
