    Attack on Titan Creator Announces New Manga

    A new one-shot manga titled Soyogi Fractal.

    The Attack on Titan creator, Hajime Isayama, and voice actor Yūki Kaji have announced a new one-shot manga titled Soyogi Fractal. The project will celebrate Kaji’s 20th anniversary of his voice acting debut. Isayama will draw the thumbnail storyboard draft for the manga, while Kaji will write the story. The manga will debut in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in the Summer.

    Attack on Titan is a critically acclaimed manga and anime series. The original manga initially ran from 2009 to 2021. On the other hand, the anime premiered in 2013 and continued until 2023. Isayama and Kaji will likely reveal more details about Soyogi Fractal in the coming weeks and months.

    The creator of Attack on Titan, Hajime Isayama, and voice actor Yūki Kaji recently announced that they will be working together on a new one-shot manga. The manga, titled Soyogi Fractal, will be available with Kodansha’s Summer issue of Weekly Shōnen Magazine. While little information about the manga is currently available, however, you can check out a visual of the manga’s main character above.

    The entirety of the original Attack on Titan manga is available through a variety of different local and online retailers. The anime is also available on several streaming services. Barnes and Noble describes the manga as follows:

    Humanity has been devastated by the bizarre, giant humanoids known as the Titans. Little is known about where they came from or why they are bent on consuming humanity. Seemingly unintelligent, they have roamed the world killing off humankind for years. For the past century, what’s left of mankind has hidden in a giant, three-walled city. People believe their 100-meter-high walls will protect them from the Titans, which are 10 to 20 meters tall. But the sudden appearance of of an immense Titan is about to change everything.

    Lastly, Soyogi Fractal will be available in the Summer issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump. The manga’s creators will likely reveal more details in the near-future.
