Side Kicks! beyond Revealed for Switch and Mobile

    Includes a Bustafellows crossover episode.

    eXtend, Toy Box, and Karakuri-ism announced Side Kicks! beyond, an enhanced port of the original Side Kicks! visual novel. The new version will be available for Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS in 2025 in Japan. 

    Side Kicks! was originally released in March 2017 for PS Vita, with 2024 marking the game’s seventh anniversary. To celebrate the anniversary, eXtend is bringing back the visual novel for modern platforms and adding new content that fans of Bustafellows may enjoy as well. 

    Side Kicks! Returns With New Episodes and Bustafellows Content

    Alongside content from the original version, the enhanced port will feature new episodes in the main story. One of the new episodes is a crossover with Bustafellows, which takes place in the same world. eXtend also confirmed that Bustafellows surpassed 100,000 copies sold worldwide, and a Chinese version of Bustafellows will release in summer 2024 for Switch.

    Side Kicks: a newly established special investigation bureau within the Sakrada Police Force, located in California, designed to heighten the security of Sakrada City with their unique style of thinking and individual skill. Currently seeking additional members.

    A city in California, United States of America—Sakrada. In recent years, the spread of a highly addictive drug, Ripcord, has been causing several issues in the sunny, quiet city located on the West Coast.
