Idea Factory International announced Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution releases in May 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The game will be sold physically and digitally, with digital pre-orders going up in the Nintendo eShop and PlayStation Store at a later date.
Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will release with English subtitles and English and Japanese voice-overs. The North America and Europe releases also include French and Spanish (Spain) subtitles. Pre-orders for the game are not live yet, but fans can wishlist the game at the Idea Factory International Online Store.

Physical Standard and Limited Editions of Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will be sold, but exact pricing has not been confirmed yet. In Europe and the UK, fans may be notified of Day One Edition Dual Pack Plus for Nintendo Switch on the IFI Europe and UK Online Store. This edition Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution and Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters Day One Edition and a special bonus item (Acrylic Shikishi).
