    Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru Anime Premieres April 7

    New promo reveals theme songs and more.

    Kadokawa recently revealed a new trailer for the upcoming anime adaptation of Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru confirming that it will premiere on April 7. The promo also confirms the series’ theme songs.

    Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru, written by Kagiri Araido, initially released in 2019. Media Factory has been publishing the series. It is also available as part of MF Comics’ Monthly Comic Alunna. Previously, Kadokawa also revealed members of the series’ cast and staff.

    Kadokawa released a new trailer for the upcoming anime adaptation of Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru. The theme songs for the series were also revealed. Koresawa will perform the OP, “Kimi ga Ojiichan Atashi ga Obaachan” (You are Grandpa I am Grandma). Mamiko Noto and Shinichirō Miki perform the ED, “Soitoge YO-YO!!” (Married for Life YO-YO!!). The promo also confirms that the series will premiere on April 7. Check out the promo below:

    The story of Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru follows Shozo and Ine, an elderly couple who are living a quiet life in a farming village in Aomori Prefecture. After eating a mysterious apple that they discover on their apple farm, Shozo and Ine spontaneously regain their youth, but even after being reinvigorated they continue to live life at a grandparent-ly pace.

    Lastly, Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru will air on April 7.
