    The Leveling of Solo Leveling Documentary Announced

    Crunchyroll reveals the Solo Leveling anime series will receive a new two-part documentary titled “The Leveling of Solo Leveling.” The announcement came as fans in Japan watched the February 24 recap “Episode 7.5 How to Get Stronger.”

    Solo Leveling is a manhwa (manga) series created by writer Chugong and the late artist DUBU. A-1 Pictures is producing the official anime adaptation, which will run for two cours during the first season. Solo Leveling fans can expect 24 to 25 episodes, excluding the newly announced recap episode. 

    Level Up in Solo Leveling Two-Part Documentary

    The Leveling of Solo Leveling was produced by Crunchyroll and Paris-based production company AllSo. The documentary was shot in Korea and Japan with several interviews. In addition, a trailer was shown during IGN Fan Fest, and more details will be revealed at a later date.

    Solo Leveling Episode 7.5 How to Get Stronger” served as a recap as fans await the release of episode 8. The recap went over Solo Leveling episodes 1 through 7 with additional character narration. Episode 8 is now expected to release on March 2, if production at A-1 Pictures is not affected any further. 

    New episodes of Solo Leveling anime will air on Sundays at 12:00 a.m. JST / Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. PDT. Crunchyroll will stream the Solo Leveling anime as it airs in Japan with English subs. Moreover, the English dubbed version will release after the English subbed release.
