Grimorio of Games has announced that Sword of the Necromancer: Resurrection will launch in 2024. It will be available on all consoles.
Sword of the Necromancer: Resurrection is a 3D remake of the 2021 dungeon-crawler. The original game features rogue-like elements and utilizes a 2D top-down camera angle. A new game in the series, titled Sword of the Necromancer: Revenant, is also set to release this year. The upcoming remake will utilize Revenant‘s engine.
Sword of the Necromancer: Resurrection Revealed, Launching This Year
Recently, Grimorio of Games revealed Sword of the Necromancer: Resurrection. The game is a remake of the 2D dungeon-crawler they initially released in 2021. The new game will be released in 2024, likely before Sword of the Necromancer: Revenant. The Steam page for Resurrection describes it as follows:
