Kadokawa released a brand-new key visual for the upcoming KonoSuba Season 3 anime. KonoSuba fans may rejoice, since the anime series is set to return in just two month’s time.
Natsume Akatsuki initially wrote the light novel series KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! in 2012. Over the years, KonoSuba received several adaptations, including manga releases, two anime seasons, and video games. After more than six years of waiting, the anime series will finally return in April 2024.
KonoSuba Season 3 Key Visual
The KonoSuba Season 3 key visual depicts Aqua, Darkness, Kazuma, and Megumin as they charge forward on their next path together. An exact premiere date has not been revealed yet, however. Fans should stay tuned for more information once Kadokawa is ready to share it.
Takaomi Kanasaki will direct the third season at studio Drive alongside Yujiro Abe, who was formerly the episode director for Great Pretender. Makoto Uezu and Koichi Kikuta return as scriptwriter and character designer respectively. Moreover, Masato Kōda returns as the anime series composer. The new cast members of KonoSuba include:
- Kanon Takao as Iris
- Sayuri Yahagi as Claire
- Reina Ueda as Rain

After a traffic accident, Kazuma Sato’s disappointingly brief life was supposed to be over, but he wakes up to see a beautiful girl before him. Kazuma decides to bring the goddess herself, and they are transported to a fantasy world filled with adventure, ruled by a demon king. Now Kazuma only wants to live in peace, but Aqua wants to solve many of this world’s problems, and the demon king will only turn a blind eye for so long…
