Ubisoft has shared a thank you message to fans in honor of the recent release of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. The game is available now on all consoles.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is the first new entry in the series in over fifteen years. The game returns the series to its 2D roots and ends up sharing a lot of similarities to the Metroidvania genre. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown went gold and released on January 18. The game supports 60 FPS on all platforms, including Nintendo Switch in both docked and handheld modes. Check out our review of the game here.

On the official Ubisoft Twitter/X account, the Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown development team shared a message thanking fans for their support. The message also congratulates the Ubisoft Montpellier team for their massive achievements. The message states the following:
Since the release of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown last week, our teams have been amazed by the warm welcome you’ve given our game. After launching to strong critical acclaim, it’s amazing to see players sharing such love and positivity for the game.
It’s been an honor to develop a game for such a prestigious and beloved brand, and we could not be happier that our action-adventure platformer twist on the franchise has been embraced by the players.
