Akita Shoten recently announced that the Plus-Sized Elf manga will be getting an anime adaptation in 2024. They also confirmed that Ayasa Itō will play the titular plus-sized elf, Elfuda.
Synecdoche initially wrote the Plus-Sized Elf manga from 2016-2021. A sequel series, titled Plus-Sized Elf: Second Helping! released in 2021. The series is still ongoing to this day. At the time of writing, Akita Shoten has released little information about the anime’s staff and cast.
