Falcom and Clouded Leopard Entertainment announced a collaborative Falcom x CLE Taipei Game Show 2024 Special Stage Event will be held on January 27. During the event, Falcom CEO Toshihiro Kondo will make announcements and share the latest information regarding Falcom’s games.
Falcom’s next release is the Nintendo Switch version of The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak, which launches on February 15 in Japan and February 29 with Traditional Chinese language options. A free demo is out now in the Japanese Nintendo eShop, and fans in the west can expect the game to launch in summer 2024. The game will also be featured at the Clouded Leopard Entertainment booth at Taipei Game Show 2024 as well.
Falcom x CLE Taipei Game Show 2024 Special Stage Event
The Falcom x CLE Taipei Game Show 2024 Special Stage Event will be held at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 on January 27 from 15:00 to 16:00 JST. Kondo will make announcements for Falcom’s games and share the latest information. Falcom fans who can’t attend Taipei Game Show 2024 in Taiwan may tune into the stage’s livestream on YouTube, BiliBili, and Huya. The livestream will also feature live gameplay footage from Ys X: Nordics.
At the Clouded Leopard Entertainment booth, Taipei Game Show 2024 attendees may play the following Falcom games:
- The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak
- Ys X: Nordics
- Ys: Memories of Celceta Kai
Merchandise for Falcom’s games will also be available at the CLE booth. Moreover, CLE will have playable demos of Earth Defense Force 6 and Earth Defense Force World Brothers 2 from D3 Publisher.
Various games are currently in the works at Falcom including The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria-, which is the Trails 20th anniversary title. Falcom is developing another Trails game, an unannounced action RPG and a third untitled game. Fans may also look forward to a new game for Nintendo Switch.
