Casey Edwards has announced that he has created a new song for the upcoming mobile game, Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat. The track will be available on all streaming services and digital markets on January 3. Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat will be available to download on January 10.
Casey Edwards is a beloved game composer, known for his work on Killer Instinct and Devil May Cry V. His next song, “Fire Inside,” can be heard in Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat. The upcoming mobile game will balance the franchise’s iconic gameplay with the on-the-go handheld feel of mobile devices. Additionally, a new anime based on the DMC series will air at some point in the next few years.
New Devil May Cry Song by Casey Edwards Announced
In an official Twitter/X post, Casey Edwards confirmed his work on a new theme for the Devil May Cry series. Fans can hear the theme, titled “Fire Inside,” in the upcoming mobile game, Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat. According to Edwards, “‘FIRE INSIDE’ is a song written to equally represent Dante and Vergil. Both stylistically and lyrically. Their differences and their likeness. Some might say they share a… fire inside.”
