The official Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Twitter account confirms that Cour 2 of the anime series will premiere on January 5, 2024. The anime will be taking a short break after the release of the 16th episode.
The Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End anime made its debut on September 29 with a two-hour special with four episodes. A total of 28 episodes will be released in two cours, or quarters of a year. Thus far, 15 episodes have been released in the first cour, and the episode 16 will wrap up the cour on December 22.
