    Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, DECAPOLICE & More LEVEL-5 Games Delayed to 2024

    A complete shift for the company's release schedule.

    LEVEL-5 delayed the release dates of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, DECAPOLICE, Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, and Megaton Musashi: Wired to 2024. Professor Layton and the New World of Steam also gets a 2025 release window. 

    As 2023 draws to a close, many were curious about the status of LEVEL-5’s upcoming games, since these titles were slated for 2023 releases. After much anticipation, LEVEL-5 confirms that multiple release dates would be revealed in the LEVEL-5 Vision 2023 II presentation at the end of November. Unfortunately, nearly all of the announcements are delays. 

    Updated Release Schedule for LEVEL-5 Games in 2024 – Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, DECAPOLICE & More

    Firstly, Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road has been delayed to 2024 for Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. A worldwide beta test will be held in March 2024 for Nintendo Switch with English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese language options.

    Next, LEVEL-5 CEO Akihiro Hino confirmed that open world crime suspense RPG DECAPOLICE has been delayed to 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Further quality improvements will be made in the extra development time given to DECAPOLICE. Moreover, LEVEL-5 announced that Megaton Musashi: Wired will now release on April 25, 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.

    Further, LEVEL-5 shared an update on Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, confirming that the game will release in summer 2024 for Nintendo Switch. According to Hino, the game’s release date has been decided internally, but it will not be announced just yet for “strategic reasons” (Thanks, Gematsu).

    Lastly, LEVEL-5 confirms that Professor Layton and the New World of Steam releases in 2025. More details will be revealed at the LEVEL-5 Vision 2024: To the World’s Children event in April.
