Wright Flyer Studios (WFS) announced the global and Japan versions of Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space will receive simultaneous (same-day) content updates starting January 26, 2024. This means that both versions of the game will have parity going forward.
Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space is a live-service mobile RPG with a main story written by Masato Kato, one of the minds behind Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. The latest update brings a new encounter with Pom’s Another Style, the new “The Cliffs of Wyrmrest (Wryz Saga I)” story, and new characters Wryz and Cerius.
Same-Day Updates for Another Eden
During the Another Eden Live #27 livestream, WFS confirmed that new updates for the global and Japan versions of Another Eden will be released simultaneously starting January 26, 2024. The first simultaneous update will celebrate the global version’s 5th anniversary. More details about this particular update will be revealed at a later date.
While waiting on the new update, players may progress through three chapters of “The Cliffs of Wyrmrest (Wryz Saga I)” to earn a total of 1,000 Chronos Stones. Players must first install Another Eden version 3.3.100 and complete the chapters before December 31, 2023 14:59 (UTC).
Moreover, the Astral Archive was updated in the latest update. By clearing the new Stellar difficulty in the Book of Dragon Bearer and fulfilling certain conditions, players can earn Dragon Bearer Starcharts. Stellar difficulty may be unlocked after clearing the Hard and Very Hard difficulties. It’s worth noting that Stellar difficulty will not grant Repair EXP, and Astral Tome unlock conditions can be checked from the Astral Archive page.
The sixth round of character quests is available in the Replay Story feature as well. The characters that are eligible in Round 6 include Biaka, Nonold, Krervo, Cetie, Renri, Rovella, Riica, Cynthia, Hardy, Shannon, Ciel, Dewey, Premaya, and Philo.
Lastly, Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space is available now on Android, iOS, and PC via Steam.
