MILD STORY SPOILERS AHEAD
Your comrades are snatched away from you really early in the game. Luckily, one of Joker’s first initiatives in this strange place is to get his friends back. Following the story naturally will get your team back together!
Mission 13
This type of Mission has one main goal: destroy the flag. You can essentially ignore the foes on these maps, as your possessed friends will respawn after being defeated. I do recommend clearing the regular enemies out of your way if they are impeding your assault on the flag. As long as you can reach and destroy the flag, victory will be yours, along with some new allies. Long-ranged spells, guns, and heavy-hitting attacks will be your best friends in accomplishing this.
This is the trickiest of these friend-saving missions. You actually have to navigate to the flag through swathes of enemies carefully. I made a mad dash to the flag while killing only the enemies that got in my way. In my case, this caused a couple of ally knockouts, so maybe more carefully eliminate your foes. I did succeed, though, so perhaps a more reckless approach does indeed work from time to time.
