Netflix has released a new trailer for the upcoming stop-motion series, Pokémon Concierge. The anime will premiere on the service on December 28.
Pokémon Concierge’s story centers around Haru, a concierge at the Pokémon Resort, and her Psyduck as they meet many Pokémon that visit as guests. Netflix and dwarf studios are collaborating to develop Pokémon Concierge. The series was initially announced in February 2023. The new trailer highlights the animation’s gorgeous stop-motion art style, charming cast, and confirms the series’ premiere date of December 28.
Pokémon Concierge Premiering Next Month on Netflix
The new trailer for Pokémon Concierge shows off the anime’s gorgeous stop-motion art style and cozy resort setting. The cast and staff of the series includes:

Growing its diverse lineup of entertainment offerings, The Pokémon Company, in partnership with Netflix, unveiled a brand-new series titled Pokémon Concierge, which expands the Pokémon world with a new storyline and innovative stop-motion animation. Developed in collaboration with dwarf studios, Pokémon Concierge will be set at the Pokémon Resort and follows the story of a concierge named Haru and the many Pokémon that visit as guests.
The series will be available to watch on Netflix. At the time of writing, Netflix has not yet confirmed how many episodes will be available. They will likely reveal more information closer to the series’ premiere next month. Lastly, Pokémon Concierge will premiere on Netflix on December 28.
