Crunchyroll announced that the upcoming 2nd part of Dr. Stone: New World will be getting an English dub on the same day of its premiere. The anime will soon continue weekly on the streaming service.
Dr. Stone: New World marks the third season of the beloved anime Dr. Stone. TMS Entertainment initially released the first season in 2019. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired, and Funimation streamed a dub around the same time. Part 1 of Dr. Stone: New World initially aired from April to June.

Cris George will direct the English dub, Zach Bolton is producing, and Tyler Walker will write the script. The first episode of the 2nd half will air on Crunchyroll this Thursday. The entire series so far is also available on the website. Crunchyroll describes it as follows:
With the Stone Wars over, the former members of Tsukasa’s Empire of Might join forces with the Kingdom of Science to build a ship capable of sailing across open ocean to seek answers on the mystery of the global petrification. However, before they can begin their voyage Senku and his friends need to find some key resources and push some new scientific advancements to build the type of vessel they need.
Lastly, the first episode of the 2nd half of the Dr. Stone: New World anime will air on October 12. Both the English dub and sub version will be available this Thursday. Subsequent episodes will premiere every Thursday.
