SNK announced the final community beta test for Samurai Shodown will begin on October 12 for the PC (Steam) version. This beta will be held as SNK works to improve the game’s new rollback netcode features.
During EVO 2023, SNK announced the Samurai Shodown rollback netcode update would launch in September 2023. This was a delay from its original spring 2023 release, and the rollback netcode update was delayed once more on September 28. A new release date was not given, but fans will be able to test out the game’s network capabilities in just a week’s time.
