    Dragon Ball NYCC Special Panel Reveals Special Guests and Host

    Toei Animation revealed the upcoming Dragon Ball Special Panel at New York Comic Con (NYCC) 2023 will be hosted by Bulma voice actress Monica Rial. Special guests for the Dragon Ball NYCC Special Panel include Whis voice actor Ian Sinclair and executive producer Akio Iyoku. 

    NYCC returns on October 12 to 15, 2023 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. This annual convention will bring notable film, anime, manga, and gaming news to fans in the venue and around the world. Dragon Ball will be participating in the annual event with a Special Panel, which will have a “mysterious new teaser”

    Monica Rial, Ian Sinclair, and Akio Iyoku will provide an “exciting franchise update” during the Dragon Ball Special Panel at NYCC 2023. As previously revealed, the panel will be held on October 12 at 12:45 p.m. EDT in Empire Stage. A “mysterious new teaser” will be shown at the panel.

    After NYCC, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods returns with 10th anniversary theatrical screenings. On October 17 to 18, fans will be able to watch the special Extended Edition cut in theaters nationwide. This particular version adds an additional 20 minutes to the original cut. The total runtime of the film is 1 hour and 45 minutes, and tickets are now on sale. 

    Fans may also look forward to a brand-new Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game, which is currently in development at Bandai Namco. The reveal trailer showed Goku powering up to his Super Saiyan Blue transformation from Dragon Ball Super. Further information, including platforms and a release date, were not revealed by Bandai Namco just yet.
