    SPY x FAMILY Season 2 Unveils Official Trailer, OP / ED Artists

    Ado and Vaundy lend their talents.

    The official website for SPY x FAMILY Season 2 revealed a new official trailer alongside the artists for the opening (OP) and ending (ED) songs. The second season is just a few weeks away from its October 7 premiere. 

    The anime adaptation for Tatsuya Endō’s SPY x FAMILY began in April 2022 with the first cour, which was also streamed on Crunchyroll with an English dub. A second cour would follow in October 2022, and fans won’t have to wait much longer for season 2. The upcoming SPY x FAMILY CODE: White film will premiere just a few months afterwards in Japanese theaters.

    The anime’s official website and newest trailer reveals that artists Ado and Vaundy (feat. Cory Wong) will perform the OP and ED songs of SPY x FAMILY Season 2, which premieres on October 7 at 11:00 p.m. EDT / 10:00 a.m. EDT in Japan. The anime will air on the TV Tokyo, TV Osaka, TV Aichi, TV Setouchi, TV Hokkaido, and TVQ Kyushu channels. Additional channels plan to air the anime at a later date. Crunchyroll will simulcast the anime as it premieres in Japan.

    Kazuhiro Furuhashi is directing the SPY x FAMILY Season 2 anime at WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks alongside assistant director Takahiro Harada. Moreover, Ichiro Okouchi s the new series script supervisor, replacing Furuhashi’s previous role. Okouchi is aided by assistant series script supervisors Daishiro Tanimura and Ayumu Hisao. Further, Kazuaki Shimada is the anime’s character designer, and [K]NoW_NAME is the music producer. Shōji Hata is the sound director.
