Falcom mascot Mishy is back in The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails as a neat easter egg for fans. Mishy will be waiting for Nayuta during parts of the main story of The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails, and players may earn an achievement and reward for seeking him out at various locations.
In The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails, Nayuta Herschel returns back home to Remnant Isle alongside his longtime friend, Cygna Alhazen. The game’s Prologue chapter begins when Nayuta finally disembarks on Remnant Isle, and players will soon be able to survey the town that will serve as one of the main hubs. While walking around, players should be able to quickly notice the familiar Mishy while walking toward the beach.
Note: this guide includes light story spoilers for The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails for the final few Mishy locations.
The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails Mishy Locations
Mishy may first be found a high ledge near the village chief’s home in the Prologue. Expect Mishy to be in a different location during each subsequent chapter.
Afterward, Mishy will move to a corner outside of Bell’s family household in Chapter 1.
During Chapter 2 of The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails, Mishy may be found near in a corner near the wooden stairway on the beach, which is close to the the grave of Nayuta’s parents.
Mishy moves to the top of the Sunset General Store during Chapter 3, so he may be easy to miss for those looking on the ground alone.
In Chapter 4, Mishy will be sitting next to a palm tree located near the entrance of the Remnant Isle museum.
Mishy may be found behind a ruined pillar near Master Orbus’ home in Chapter 5.
Spoilers ahead. Mishy may be found near the scarecrow at the Herschels’ Household in Chapter 6 after the Terra Re-Genesis plan begins to kick off.
In the Final Chapter, Mishy is located in the ruins where Nayuta protected Lyra and Bell from the giant monster.
Mishy will be located at the top of the ruined tower in Remnant Isle during the After Story. This is the same location where Nayuta and Cygna first met Noi. Mishy will reward the player with a Star Fragment, and the Mishy’s Friend achievement will be unlocked (Congrats!)
Lastly, The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
