    Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road Gets a PS5 Version

    LEVEL-5 released a new trailer for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, confirming that the upcoming soccer RPG is coming to PS5. The game will be released alongside the previously announced Nintendo Switch, PS4, iOS, and Android versions. 

    Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will mark the franchise’s debut on current generation platforms. Players will follow an original story starring Unmei Sasanami, a boy that regains his passion for soccer. The new title also includes a ‘Chronicle Mode’ featuring iconic matches and moments from the popular long-running series.

    LEVEL-5 released various trailers for its upcoming game releases in 2023 and beyond, including Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road. The newest trailer highlights the game’s mechanics and story once more while confirming a new PS5 version. This version will release day-and-date with the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Android, and iOS versions. An exact release date was not announced, but the game is planned to release before the end of 2023.

    In the previous Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road trailer, LEVEL-5 highlighted the game’s systems and features. Players will compete on the pitch to control possession of the ball and manage tension. Team building, quick actions, and maneuvers near the goal will be crucial to scoring and winning matches. Players also have access to several control options. Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road supports horizontal and vertical handheld modes alongside touchscreen controls. Standard play in “TV Mode” is also available.

    The new title will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2023, which runs from September 21 to 24 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Attendees may play the new Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road demo by visiting the official LEVEL-5 booth. 

    Lastly, Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road launches in 2023 for Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5 worldwide. The game’s official website is now live in English.
