XSEED Games and Marvelous released a new Silent Hope demo, allowing fans to try out the game before its fall 2023 launch. Pre-orders are also available now both physically and digitally.
Ahead of PAX West 2023, XSEED Games revealed the Silent Hope theme song by Japanese band KAMI WA SAIKORO WO FURANAI. The lead vocalist, Shuusaku Yanagita, is a lifelong fan of RPGs, and Yanagita and fellow RPG fans will be able to play as seven heroes in Silent Hope this year. The upcoming demo lets players sample a brief portion of the game right now.
Silent Hope Demo Lands on PC and Switch
The Silent Hope demo allows players to take on the entire first level of the Abyss. In addition, the demo will also allow players to carry over any progress made to the full release. Players must purchase Silent Hope on the same platform as the demo in order to transfer the save data, however.

XSEED Games plans to release an update to the recently launched Official World Guide series of videos. The next update will introduce the game’s user-interface and control scheme. Further, XSEED Games will explain many of the game’s mechanics and features including Memory Rift, Blackstone Statue Trials, Warrior’s Forge, Archer’s Farm, and Fighter’s Kitchen. Fans can expect more videos, updates, and trailers directly from XSEED Games leading into launch day.
Pre-orders for Silent Hope Day 1 Edition will be available at the XSEED Games Store and participating retailers. The Day 1 Edition includes the physical game copy for Nintendo Switch, an artbook, and the original soundtrack. Silent Hope Day 1 Edition costs $49.99, whereas the base game costs $39.99 in the Nintendo eShop and Steam marketplace.
Lastly, Silent Hope launches on September 28 in Japan and October 3 worldwide for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
