    Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis Celebrates Rebirth Release Date with Free Items

    Tonight, Square Enix announced a new celebratory reward in Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis to celebrate the announcement of the release date of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. This information for Rebirth was revealed during today’s State of Play, while the Ever Crisis announcement occurred on Twitter.

    The tweet reads like this:

    FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Release Date Announcement! In celebration of the announcement of the release date for FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH, we will be distributing items in-game! Enjoy the world of #FF7 on your smartphone until the release! #FF7R

    The free items include the following:

    • Blue Crystal x 2400
    • 4 Star Weapon Guaranteed Draw Ticket x 2
    • Stamina Tonic x 29

    A blowout of information for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth was released today. This includes the release date, which is February 29, 2024. The game will be a timed PlayStation 5 exclusive until May 29, 2024. Both Tetsuya Nomura and Naoki Hamaguchi participated in interviews surrounding the game’s story, world, gameplay, and new features.

    The game looks to be massive, with over one hundred hours of content. Additionally, there is said to be “nearly double” the amount of side content when compared to the main narrative. Square Enix is set to have over 100 demo stands for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth at Tokyo Game Show this upcoming week. Additionally, a live stage presentation will take place with Nomura joining in as a voice. 

    Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis Now Available on iOS & Android

    You can now download Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis on iOS and Android devices. The game has not had any announcements about coming to another platform, like PC or Nintendo Switch. The Beach Festival Fun event is currently ongoing. 

    Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis was released on September 7, 2023.
