iam8bit, Skybound Games, and developer Team Reptile announced Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is getting a physical edition for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Pre-orders will open on September 15, so fans will be able to secure their copy in just a few days while waiting for the holiday release.
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is a brand-new “funkstyle” adventure game inspired by SEGA’s Jet Set Radio series. Battle rival crews and evade police in New Amsterdam with a variety of equipment and a unique trick system while listening to diverse soundtrack by former SEGA composer Hideki Naganuma and stellar underground artists. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk released digitally for all platforms, and fans will be able to own the title physically this December.

A region-free retail physical edition of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk will be sold on December 5 with six graffiti stickers and cover art by Tan Zhi Hui. A exclusive physical edition will be sold at iam8bit’s online store in Q4 2023. The Nintendo Switch exclusive edition costs $49.99, while the Xbox and PlayStation exclusive editions cost $44.99. Exclusive edition contents include a graffiti art booklet, collectible slipcase, illustrated cover by Tan Zhi Hui six graffiti stickers, and digital download code for DLC (North America only). Moreover, a Bomb Rush Cyberfunk 3xLP black vinyl will be sold featuring tracks by Knxwledge, Hideki Naganuma, Reso, Klaus Veen and more. Sem Graham illustrated the album’s cover, and a
digital download code is included. Pre-orders for all these items will open on September 15 at 9:00 a.m. PDT.

Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is now available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S for $39.99. The game supports Smart Delivery on Xbox platforms, so players who purchase the Xbox One version may enjoy the native Xbox Series X|S after purchasing the console. However, the PlayStation versions are sold separately, so players must be careful when purchasing Bomb Rush Cyberfunk.
