    Xbox Digital Broadcast at Tokyo Game Show 2023 Announced

    Microsoft announced the Xbox Digital Broadcast at Tokyo Game Show 2023 is set for September 21 at 2 a.m. PDT. The upcoming livestream will feature progress updates on games from Xbox Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks. 

    The Xbox Digital Broadcast is held every year at Tokyo Game Show, and it returns to this year’s iteration hot off the heels of the incredible Starfield launch. Microsoft will highlight its upcoming games to audiences in Japan and Asia, but fans around the world may want to watch as well. 

    Xbox Digital Broadcast at Tokyo Game Show 2023

    In the Xbox Digital Broadcast, Microsoft will share progress updates from Xbox and Bethesda Softworks and and highlight a “creatively diverse collection of games from creators predominantly located in Japan and across Asia”. Microsoft will also reveal new games coming to Xbox Game Pass. Some of the new additions include content from teams all around Asia. 

    The Xbox Digital Broadcast livestream will be available on Tokyo Game Show’s official YouTube channel alongside select Xbox social channels. Languages supported for the livestream include Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, French, German and Castilian Spanish. It will also be broadcast with Japanese Sign Language (JSL), Australian Sign Language (AusLan), and audio descriptions in both Japanese and English. 

    The general exhibitors page is live at the official Tokyo Game Show 2023 website with the list of participating companies for this year’s show. Companies that have confirmed their presence at Tokyo Game Show 2023 include Square Enix, Bandai Namco, and HoYoverse. Tokyo Game Show 2023 attendees will be able to visit exhibitor booths to try out the latest Japanese titles launching later this year and beyond. 

    Tokyo Game Show 2023 will run from September 21 to 24 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Several games will be showcased at the event, including Tekken 8, Persona 3 Reload, Ys X: Nordics, and Foamstars.
