    One Piece Netflix Series Gets Over 18 Million Views in English

    Netflix revealed its global English TV rankings for the week of August 28 to September 3, revealing the One Piece live-action series topped 18.5 million views. The live-action series managed to reach this milestone in just four days. 

    The One Piece live-action series premiered on August 31, ending the month on an incredibly high note as fans awaited One Piece anime episode 1074 the following weekend. One Piece fans around the world showed up for the series premiere, and Netflix revealed several impressive statistics regarding viewership.

    One Piece Netflix Series Reaches 18.5 Million Views in English

    Netflix’s latest Tudum top 10 ranking post confirms that the One Piece live-action series reached 18.5 million views in English. The first season accumulated 140.1 million hours in views with an average runtime of 7:34 hours. This does not count views in other languages, but Netflix confirms the series was in the top 10 most viewed series of the week in 93 countries around the world. 

    The One Piece live-action series was produced by Tomorrow Studios and ITV Studios. Matt Owens was the show’s writer, and Steven Maeda and Becky Clements were executive producers. The first season is available to stream right now, and more seasons are planned to release in the future.
