PlayStation has released a blog post detailing the PS5 features for the upcoming free-to-play shooter, The First Descendant. They also reconfirmed that the open beta will last from September 19 to September 25.
Nexon Games’ upcoming release, The First Descendant, is a free-to-play third-person shooter with charming characters, exciting battles, and more. The game will release soon on most modern consoles, and the PS5 version will include many distinct options.
The First Descendant PS5 Features
According to PlayStation, The First Descendant will include the following features unique to the PlayStation 5:
- 4K Resolution
- HDR Support
- High Frame-Rate Mode
- Adaptive Triggers
- Haptic Feedback
- 3D Audio
Each feature will combine to make The First Descendant a far more immersive and exciting experience. They also stated that the upcoming beta will support crossplay. Further, it will feature 13 characters, various missions, nine giant boss raids, a new prologue and story, a variety of never-before-seen cosmetic items, and a wholly revamped character progression system. Nexon will reveal more information in the future on the game’s release date and features.

The First Descendant is a free third-person cooperative action RPG shooter featuring high-quality graphics.
