NEXTON and Novamicus have released the opening movie for their upcoming romance visual novel remake, ONE. The game will be released on December 22 in Japan and the West, exclusively on Steam.
ONE. is a remake of a visual novel initially released in 1998. Players can wishlist the game now on Steam. Additionally, Novamicus revealed more information about the staff for the opening movie and what to expect from the upcoming release.
ONE. Opening Movie
The song in the opening movie is “Eien to Iu Hikari.” The piece was composed by Junichi Sato. Additionally, the lyrics were written by Hideki Hayashi. The three-piece Japanese pop band Fhána contributed to the song’s vocals. The opening movie features several visuals of the main characters in the upcoming visual novel.
NEXTON initially announced the remake in 2022. In Japan, ONE. will be available on both PC and Nintendo Switch. Currently, the Switch port has not yet been confirmed for the west yet. Further, the Steam version will support English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese language options with full Japanese audio.
