Pokémon: Paldean Winds Web Anime Series Announced

The next Pokémon anime by WIT STUDIO.

During Pokémon Presents, The Pokémon Company announced the new Pokémon: Paldean Winds web anime series is coming soon. WIT STUDIO (SPY x FAMILY) returns to produce the new anime for The Pokémon Company.

Previously, WIT STUDIO produced the Pokémon: Hisuian Snow web anime series shortly after the release of Pokémon Legends Arceus. The studio will produce the new Pokémon: Paldean Winds , which focuses on the Paldea region from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Pokémon: Paldean Winds Focuses on Paldea

The new animated web series will “bring Paldea region to life in an all-new way” according to The Pokémon Company. This limited original series follows the story of Ohara, Aliquis, and Hohma—three students on their journey of growth and learning while attending the academy. Pokémon: Paldean Winds will debut on September 6 and run for four episodes.

Pokémon: Paldean Winds will be available to stream on the official Pokémon YouTube channel starting September 6. A total of four episodes will be available over time, and the anime will likely be available on the Pokémon TV app at some point.
