Fortnite Launches Jujutsu Kaisen Collaboration

Fortnite officially launched the Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration this morning. So, check out the new information below!

Jujutsu Kaisen x Fortnite Now Available

Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo are all outfits players can purchase from the item shop. Nobara and Megumi are part of bundles, where players will gain access to a skin, back bling, pickaxe, and emotes. Gojo is only available as a skin, though he does include back bling with the purchase. 

Yuji Itadori is only available through the ‘Break the Curse!’ event. You can complete quests for free rewards, but there is the option to purchase the premium event pass. This pass includes emotes of characters, a powerup cursed energy emote, a pickaxe, and the Yuji Itadori skin. Two variants are included, Streetwear Yuji Itadori and Yuji Itadori in his sorcerer outfit.

That’s not all for the Fortnite x Jujustu Kaisen collaboration, though. New items and abilities have been added to the map. By breaking a Cursed Llama on the map, you’ll gain access to one of two new abilities: Straw Doll Technique or Hollow Technique: Purple. Descriptions of both of these are available below, straight from the patch notes:

The Straw Doll Technique is a swift hammer combo that launches nails filled with cursed energy. Use this technique to help nail in your win!

Often referred to as just “Purple,” this cursed technique is a secret combination of cursed techniques that erases buildings in its path and deals damage over time to enemies.

Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate who has been attacked by curses, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna.
