Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War brings all-out war between the Soul Society and the Quincies in the Seireitei. Meanwhile, Ichigo prepares himself for battles that will determine his ultimate fate in Bleach’s final story arc. The first Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War cour ran from October 11 to December 26, 2022 with a total of 13 episodes. This year, Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 continues the epic story with a second 13-episode run.
Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 Episode 18 Release Date and Time
Episode 18 of Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 – The Separation anime will premiere on Saturday, August 5 at 7:30 a.m. PDT / 10:30 a.m. EDT. The anime is exclusive to Hulu in the U.S. and Disney Plus in the U.K, Europe, and other regions around the world. The new episode will be titled Episode 18 while browsing on Hulu and Disney Plus, despite being the fifth episode for Part 2. Additionally, subtitles will be available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and German.

Episode 18 Preview
In Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 17, the Soul Reapers contend with the Sternritters’ increase of power due to the activation of Voll Stern Dich. This power is the equivalent to the Soul Reaper Bankai powers, so it’s quite formidable in battle. Since the Quincies are no longer stealing Soul Reapers powers, both sides are seemingly fighting at their full strength now. Captain Sajin Komamura finally returns to enact revenge for the death of Genryusai Yamamoto. Meanwhile, Ichigo continues his trial in the Soul King’s palace.
Episode 18 of the ongoing anime will continue the battle between Komamura and Sternritter Bambietta Basterbine. Shinji Hirako is out of action for now, so Komamura may have his work cut out for him. However, it’s clear that his tenacity won’t allow him to back down against the Quincy’s increasing might. Anticipation is building for Ichigo and Uryu’s return into the fray.
Finally, Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War is now streaming on Hulu and Disney Plus in select regions. Bleach fans may also look forward to Bleach: Soul Resonance, a new action game launching in 2024 for Android and iOS.
