Hypergryph have released the second official trailer for the upcoming Arknights: Perish in Frost anime series. The upcoming anime is a continuation of the Arknights: Prelude to Dawn anime, which aired from October 29 to December 17.
The Arknights prologue and first three story chapters of the popular mobile game were adapted into into the Arknights: Prelude to Dawn anime. Arknights Perish in Frost will continue the story from where Prelude to Dawn anime episode 8 left off. The new anime is currently in production at Yostar Pictures, and several voice actors will reprise their roles. A premiere date for the new anime was not announced yet, however.
Arknights Perish in Frost’s second official trailer provides another look into the anime’s characters and the ongoing story. In the upcoming anime, Rhodes Island dispatches a recon squad to a suspicious nomadic city. A strange anomaly occurs, alluding to the legend of the “Yeti.” The resolve of Rhodes Island will be tested in a battle against FrostNova, an antagonist determined to wipe out the organization.
