The Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 – The Separation anime will soon continue with Episode 16 as Ichigo prepares for the inevitable showdown against Yhwach. Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 16 is set to arrive later this week with 10 more episodes to go.
Nearly a decade after the original Bleach anime run ended, Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War picks up from where it left off. The final story arc of Bleach brings all-out war between the Soul Society and the Quincies, and Ichigo must prepare for his most decisive battle yet. Last year, the first cour ran from October 11, 2022 to December 26, 2022 with a total of 13 episodes. Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 continues the epic story with a second 13-episode run.
Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 Episode 16 Release Date
The third episode of Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 – The Separation anime will premiere on Saturday July 22 at 7:30 a.m. PDT / 10:30 a.m. EDT. The anime is exclusive to Hulu in the U.S. and Disney Plus in the U.K, Europe, and other regions around the world. The new episode will be titled Episode 16 while browsing on Hulu and Disney Plus, despite being the third episode for Part 2. Once more, subtitles will be available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and German.

Episode 16 Preview
Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 16 continues right after the Quincies have made their presence known within the Seireitei. The Quincies, which are led by Yhwach and his Sternritters, are preparing to destroy the Soul Society and all of its Soul Reapers. In Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 15, Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya fought Bazz-B, a powerful fire-based Sternritter with the moniker “The Heat.” Hitsugaya made his fighting prowess and results of extensive training known during this fight, and less prominent Soul Reapers also had their time to shine. The Quincies and Soul Reapers share similar beliefs, and Episode 16 will most likely highlight their similarities even further. Meanwhile, Ichigo continues his training for the showdown against Yhwach while the conflict within the Soul Society continues to brew both on the surface and behind the scenes.
Lastly, Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War is now streaming on Hulu and Disney Plus in select regions. Bleach fans may also look forward to Bleach: Soul Resonance, a new action game launching in 2024 for Android and iOS.
