TEVI Announces Closed Playtest Demo, Sign-Ups Now Available

Try out the new bullet hell Metroidvania game later this month.

Neverland Entertainment, CreSpirit, and GemaYue announced a closed playtest for TEVI will be held, allowing players to try out a demo of the new bullet hell Metroidvania game. A newly published gameplay trailer also shows what players can expect from the playtest.

TEVI incorporates elements from GemaYue’s previous “Bunnyvania” title Rabi-Ribi while introducing new gameplay mechanics. Players will explore a vast pixel art world as Tevi, a protagonist with deadly fighting prowess. She’s able to make use of fast-paced movement and various moves with her dagger to quickly take out enemies. After “Breaking” enemies, she’s able to extend her combos and deal even more damage. TEVI’s combat and world is bolstered by character designs from RWBY illustrator Ein Lee and an original soundtrack by composers Triodust (OPUS) and 3R2 (Hatsune Miku, Dusk Diver 2).

The demo runtime is expected to be roughly two to three hours, and 3,000 players will be selected to participate.
