At an official Anime Expo 2023, SEGA and ATLUS shared a new Persona 5 Tactica gameplay trailer highlighting the game’s characters. Specifically, the latest trailer highlights the leader of the Phantom Thieves and two of his companions.
Joker, Morgana, and the rest of the Phantom Thieves are back in Persona 5 Tactica to bring aid to Erina, a mysterious revolutionary. Erina is charged with the task of defeating a mysterious group in the Metaverse known as the Legionnaires. The “Character Spotlight 1” trailer for Persona 5 Tactica focuses on Joker, Morgana, and Erina by revealing their strengths in combat.
Joker, Morgana, and Erina Team Up in Persona 5 Tactica
In Persona 5 Tactica, parties include a maximum of three characters unlike the typical party of four in mainline Persona games. These characters have a wide range of skills and specialties. For example, Joker’s weapon fires across a wide range but may only hit one opponent at a time. Joker’s unique Voltage skill, Phantom Judge, may take out a group of enemies within range and bypass the enemy’s guard.
Morgana specializes in sweep attacks that knock the enemy out of cover, leaving them open for attacks from ally units. Morgana’s Winds of Time Voltage skill deals major damage in a wide area while knocking enemies out of cover as well. Joker and Morgana are joined by Erina, Persona 5 Tactica’s original character, and she’s determined to take out her enemies. Her weapon allows her to target multiple enemies while being able to inflict a high amount of damage. Erina’s Flag of Freedom Voltage Skill allows her to heal allies in a wide range while making enemies vulnerable to attacks.

Persona 5 Tactica – Character Spotlight 1 Trailer
