    Dragon Ball Special Exhibition Announced for San Diego Comic Con 2023

    Dedicated event site is now live.

    Shueisha, Toei Animation, and Bandai Namco announced a Dragon Ball Special Exhibition will be held during San Diego Comic Con 2023 this July. The Dragon Ball-themed event will held in an outdoor booth.

    The Dragon Ball Special Exhibition was announced at the official Dragon Ball website. Additionally, the event has its own dedicated website, revealing that the event will be held in a large outdoor booth at the Marriott Marquis Marina Terrance. Further details about the Dragon Ball booth were not revealed, but the official website will receive updates in the coming weeks. Dragon Ball fans can expect official news, exclusive merchandise, and much more at San Diego Comic Con 2023. 

    San Diego Comic Con 2023 is scheduled for July 20 to July 23 at the San Diego Convention Center. A preview night for media will be held on July 19, and more details will be revealed at the official San Diego Comic Con website. The annual event is expected to have major updates and announcements for upcoming anime, games, comics/manga, TV shows, and movies. 

    Upcoming Dragon Ball Content

    Before San Diego Comic Con 2023 arrives, Dragon Ball fans may enjoy new content in Season 3 of Dragon Ball: The Breakers on June 9. In Season 3, Survivors will come face-to-face with the Ginyu Force. New Survivor skins for Dende and King Kai will also be available for purchase with TP Tokens in the in-game shop. Season 3 also brings new Dragon Tier rewards and the new “Snowy Mountain” map.

    Dragon Ball fans may also look forward to a brand-new Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game, which is currently in development at Bandai Namco. The reveal trailer showed Goku powering up to his Super Saiyan Blue transformation from Dragon Ball Super. Platforms and a release date for the new Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game have not been revealed, but Bandai Namco promises to share more information soon.
