Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – Where Is Hestu?

Just where is the inventory madman?

One of the returning characters from Breath of the Wild is Hestu! By trading in Korok Seeds, Hestu will be able to upgrade your inventory as you travel across Hyrule in Tears of the Kingdom. This mechanic works just like BOTW, so be sure to collect as many Korok Seeds as possible!

Obviously, some time has passed since the first game. Naturally, this means that Hestu is going to be in new locations for you to find him! Here is everything you need to know about locating Hestu in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, LInk meeting Hestu location

Hestu is first located at the following coordinates: (-1714, 1067, 0202). This is just along the path that leads to Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower. If you leave from the path that leads from Hyrule Castle, you will directly pass by the legend himself. He will seem frantic and scared before heading up to him, but once you do you will activate the sidequest titled ‘Hetsu’s Concerns’.

You’ll have the ability to give him Korok Seeds to upgrade your inventory, but after you upgrade it a few times he will tell you he’s decided to head east. From here, you’ll need to track him down again if you want to upgrade your inventory further.

As mentioned, Hestu declared he was headed east! So, that naturally takes us to his next location, which is the following coordinates: (-0024, 0059, 0018). He will be relaxing under a tree and you’ll be able to find him here for the rest of the game.

This can be extremely convenient as you will not have to chase him around or hunt Hestu down while trying to upgrade your inventory. If you haven’t played Breath of the Wild, the abilities he grants and the benefits you gain might be a little unfamiliar to you.

It’s essential to find as many Koroks as you can so you can continue to upgrade your inventory through Hestu. Though he might charge quite a large amount at times, it is worth every Korok Seed to upgrade each section of your inventory, just as it was in Breath of the Wild.
