Famitsu revealed the March 9, 2023 magazine issue releases on February 22 featuring a cover story for Octopath Traveler II. This new issue releases just a few days before the launch of the full game.
The upcoming Famitsu issue includes a 20-page special feature for Octopath Traveler II, which includes game highlights and Team Asano developer interviews. Additionally, the new Famitsu issue includes the latest details regarding the launch of PlayStation VR2 headset for PlayStation 5. Readers may purchase the brand-new issue on Amazon Japan with worldwide shipping.
Before the new issue releases, players may try out Octopath Traveler II “Prologue” demo for free on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. In the demo, players may choose a protagonist and start their journey through an early portion of the full game. Additionally, save data from the Octopath Traveler II demo transfers into the full game.
