P3P Nozomi Social Link Max Rank Persona
For reaching Lvl 10 and completing this Social Link you gain access to the Sandalphon Persona.
It can be fused at Level 74. It reflects Light and blocks Strike. No weaknesses. It has an instant kill Light attack along with a boosting passive skill for it. It also has a pary-wide full HP and ailment heal along with some strong Physical attacks.
