Nintendo has announced that the Pyra and Mythra amiibo figures will release in 2023. There was no specific date given, however, the figures were shown off for the very first time. Kazuya, the fighter released after Pyra & Mythra, is being released before them on January 13, 2023, alongside Sephiroth. There could be plenty of reasons for this, but initially looking at the amiibo for Pyra and Mythra, it could very well be due to their complex designs.
Going off of previous amiibo release schedules, we expect that Pyra and Mythra will release sometime in the Spring.
Super Smash Bros. #amiibo for DLC fighters Kazuya and Sephiroth will be released on 1/13/23.

The only fighter yet to receive an amiibo is Sora, who was the final DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Sora most likely will receive his first look when the release date for Pyra and Mythra is revealed.
For those looking to get figures of Pyra and Mythra other than amiibo, Good Smile released 1:7 Scale Figures of the Aegises back in 2018. Since then, there have been multiple reruns of the figures, and they are currently available for purchase on AmiAmi. Each figure retails for the price of dozens of amiibo, so do keep that in mind.
Pyra and Mythra will release sometime in 2023.
