    Granzella launches R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos ‘Additional Scenario Production Project’ Kickstarter campaign

    Funding needed for 24 brand-new missions.

    Granzella launched the R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos ‘Additional Scenario Production Project’ Kickstarter campaign with a funding goal of four million yen ($28,700).

    The development team aims to create 24 brand-new missions for R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos. Newly-developed content will be available in R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos at launch alongside the previously announced content. Granzella’s Kickstarter campaign will be active until November 30 at 9:59 a.m. EDT, giving users two weeks to successfully fund the R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos ‘Additional Scenario Production Project.’

    • 2,200 Yen Reward Tier
      • (1) New scenarios (24 missions)
      • (1) Additional units
      • (1) Fleet emblems (12 types) (for backers only)
    • 8,800 Yen Reward Tier
      • In addition to (1), (2) original merchandise (t-shirts / acrylic stand)
    • 13,200 Yen Reward Tier
      • In addition to (1) and (2), (3) your name in the ending credits
    • 22,000 Yen Reward Tier
      • In addition to (1), (2), and (3), (4) additional content such as pilot suits and decals you can use in R-Type Final 2 or R-Type Final 3 Evolved (exclusive for use to backers of this crowdfunding campaign)
    • 55,000 Yen Reward Tier
      • In addition to (1), (2), (3), and (4), (5) R aircraft (two types) you can use in R-Type Final 2 or R-Type Final 3 Evolved (exclusive for use to backers of this crowdfunding campaign)
    • Other tiers include participation in the launch party for this title, designs of the Admiral and Adjutant to be featured in the game, and logos of the backers or the supporting companies to be appeared on the game startup.

    R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos launches in summer 2023 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
