    Touhou Danmaku Kagura: Phantasia Lost announced for PC

    Touhou Danmaku Kagura experiences a rebirth.

    UnknownX announced Touhou Danmaku Kagura: Phantasia Lost, a rebuilt version of Touhou Danmaku Kagura for PC via Steam. The game launches in 2023 worldwide.

    Although the mobile game ended service, the new PC version brings Touhou Danmaku Kagura to Steam with a new control scheme. The control scheme supports controller play and keyboard and mouse. In addition, Touhou Danmaku Kagura: Phantasia Lost features a new story.

    “Thanks to the support of everyone who played the game and made their voices heard we were able to make the PC version of Touhou Danmaku Kagura: Phantasia Lost a reality,” said Unknown X founder JYUNYA. “We will bring as many of the songs and Mitama Cards as we can to the Steam version, along with unreleased ones and brand-new content. Please wishlist the game on Steam, and keep an eye out for further ways you can support the project.”

    A rhythm game in which players can play popular arrangements of Touhou Project songs. A rebuild of “Touhou Danmaku Kagura” as a stand-alone version with a completely new storyline.
    Wide Variety of Music
    In addition to popular arranged songs from Touhou Project can also be played. The controls are optimized for keyboard and gamepad, pursuing a play feel as a stand-alone version.
    Story Mode
    In this mode, players travel to collect lost memories (called “Mitama Cards”) in order to restore the damaged Gensoukyou. By playing the “Danmaku Kagura (rhythm game),” which is the key to recovery, players will obtain the “Mitama Cards” and uncover the hidden truth one by one.
    Free Mode
    This mode allows you to freely play the songs unlocked in Story Mode. Songs will be added through updates and additional DLC.
