When Does Wave 3 of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 DLC Release?

    With Wave 2 of Xenoblade Chronicles 3’s DLC released, fans are wondering when wave 3 of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 DLC will release. Wave 2 released earlier this month and it certaintly has fans eagerly waiting for more. The next wave of DLC promises a new hero, challenge battles, and more outfits.

    When Will Wave 3 of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 DLC Release?

    As of now, this wave of DLC is set to be released by April 30th, 2023. While an exact date is not given, we can most likely expect this wave to release sometime in February or early March based on previous patterns. The official Xenoblade Chronicles 3 store page on Nintendo’s website outlines what we can expect for the next two waves of downloadable content.

    Release date: by 4/30/2023

    This wave of DLC contains the following content:

    • Challenge Battle mode against difficult enemies
    • A new hero character and accompanying quests
    • New character outfits

    DLC Wave 4

    Release date: by 12/31/2023

    This wave of DLC contains the following content:

    • New original story scenario

    Wave 2 released a few weeks ago and introduced a brand new character, Ino, to the world of Aionios. Be sure to check out our guides regarding how to obtain this DLC here. Wave 1 was launched alongside the release of the game back in July.

    Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is the latest entry in the Xenoblade series, tying together the worlds of Xenoblade Chronicles and Xenoblade Chronicles 2. The game takes place in Aionios, a land brawling through war. Players will span a journey of over 50 hours, seeking to end the battle between nations once and for all.
