    Akai Katana Shin releases December 15

    Akai Katana returns this winter.

    City Connection announced shoot ’em up collection Akai Katana Shin releases on December 15 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

    Akai Katana Shin features three versions of the game: Akai Katana, Akai Katana Slash, and Zetsu Akai Katana. The game will be sold physically and digitally in Japan with multiple editions. The digital standard version costs 3,410 yen while the physical standard edition costs 4,400 yen. A Special Edition will be sold for 6,600 yen with an arranged soundtrack CD by Daisuke Matsumoto and an instruction card-style acrylic panel. Physical editions will not be available for the Xbox One version.

    Akai Katana supports English, Japanese, French, and Spanish language options. Pre-orders  are available now in Japan. Lastly, the official website is live here.
