    Aimee-Ffion Edwards – Meet Mio’s Voice Actor

With Xenoblade Chronicles 3 just under two weeks away, we now finally know who will be voicing Mio! Fans have wondered for months who would be voicing the brand new character, and it looks like we finally have our answer. Mio’s voice actor is Aimee-Ffion Edwards, who some video game fans might recognize from Elden Ring.

    Aimee-Ffion Edwards – Previous Roles

Most recently, Aimee-Ffion Edwards partook in quite a notable role that many fans might recognize. She voiced Ranni from Elden Ring, which just released in February of this year. Edwards also worked on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, similar to her costar Harry McEntire, who voices Noah in Xenoblade Chronicles 3.

Besides games, Aimee-Ffion Edwards has done quite a bit of work in the TV industry as well. Her first major role was in 2007, with one of her most notable ones including Esme Shelby from Peaky Blinders. Edwards is accredited to over 40 different acting roles throughout her career.

Fans fell in love with Edwards’ Mio from the very first trailer, and it is great to finally put a name with a voice after all this time. Based on the latest story trailer that released with the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Direct, it seems that Mio’s life is almost over, really making her a character that will leave an impact on players during the game. We cannot wait to meet Mio and see her interact with the party as they traverse the land of Aionios.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will release on July 29th worldwide. Here at Final Weapon, we could not be more excited for the game to release after months of anticipation! We cannot wait to provide you all with loads of content about the latest entry in the Xenoblade Chronicles series.
