Granblue Fantasy x Final Fantasy XI collaboration begins May 9th

    Cygames announced that the Final Fantasy XI collaboration event begins on May 9th in Granblue Fantasy for iOS and Android! Three characters from the MMORPG appear and two of them are obtainable by playing through the new event.

    Completing chapter 1 episode 3 of the event awards players with Prishe. Upon completion of chapter 3 episode 4 rewards players with Lilisette. The third character, Shantotto II, is obtainable through in-game summons. Cygames revealed what Prishe looks like in-game below:


    On May 14th at 17:00 JST, Cygames will host a commemorative live stream to celebrate the collaboration with Final Fantasy XI. The stream features the following Granblue Fantasy voice cast and Cygames staff:

    • Katsuyuki Konishi (Beelzebub)
    • Yu Asakawa (Anthuria / Predator)
    • Asami Imai (Vira / Friday)
    • Emiri Kato (Sierokarte)
    • Yuito Kimura (Producer)
    • Tetsuya Fukuhara (Director)

    New Granblue Fantasy information will not be shared during the stream as it focuses on the collaboration and the 20th anniversary of Final Fantasy XI. Fans can expect major Granblue Fantasy series information at Granblue Fantasy Fes 2022 later this year. Lastly, Granblue Fantasy is available now for iOS and Android.
