Arc System Works and APlus Games announced that River City Saga: Three Kingdoms releases on July 21st for PS4 and PC via Steam in Japan! PS4 and Switch physical versions will be sold that same day alongside a free update. The new update features a new 4 player co-op mode with 12 new characters being added.
